Ballroom Dancing is a form of social partner dancing that combines moves and patterns to a specific music rhythm. Balance, stretching, controlled breathing, and relaxation are some of the benefits that ballroom dancing can provide. Their are three forms of Ballroom dancing: Social , Competitive, and Showdance style. 

  • Social Dancing: Great for dancers seeking to meet new friends, sharing and connecting with a loved one or going "out on the town" and having fun!
  • Competition Dancing: Best suited for those who enjoy the rigorous attention to detail, achieving a higher standard and feeling a sense of accomplishment enduring hours of practice.
  • ​Showcase/ Performers: The love to entertain others by creating and expressing dance pieces.  Their is a Myriad of levels of dancers at the exhibition level.
